1- Providing services to the community (industrial, environmental, health, technology, cultural) by holding             lectures, seminars, courses, workshops, etc. 

2- Directing scientific research in the college (graduate studies, graduation, and promotion) towards issues and       problems of concern to the governorate community. Community services are industrial, environmental,               health, technological, cultural
3- Providing specialized scientific consultations in accordance with an agreed mechanism between the college’s consulting office and the relevant authority.
4- Preparing and implementing programs for training community members on the use of modern technical and      scientific methods, their education, and their productive efficiency.
5- Monitoring environmental, industrial and health problems and finding solutions to them.
